5.45pm - 7.00pm (Class suited for graded students orange belt and above)

Tuesday morning (Outdoor)

6.00am - 7.00am (Fitness training for all levels)

Wednesday morning (Outdoor)

6.00am - 7.00am (Xtreme fitness training )

Thursday night
